Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. at Lakeside Village Outlet in Essex is seeking a part-time stylist to deliver the Levi’s experience in-store. You’ll help customers express themselves, find their perfect fit, and build genuine connections through personalised service.

You’ll share product knowledge, maintain store presentation, and support tills, fitting rooms, and stock, all while working with a welcoming team to meet sales goals. The role suits someone with passion for fashion and great communication.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales goals while keeping the store a welcoming place to shop.
