Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for 8 hours to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will assist with store operations, stock duties, and omni-channel requests while maintaining the store's organization and appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in some locations).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs and move around floor, stockroom, and office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with front and back of house tasks.
• Handle point-of-sale and payment processes as needed.
• Deliver omni-channel requests and work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program to drive loyalty.
• Focus on self-development and growth opportunities.
• Adhere to UA processes for omni-channel requests.
• Fulfill scheduled hours and perform other tasks as assigned.
