Overview

The Opportunity

Are you wanting to work in a fun, fast paced environment this Christmas? Commencing in November, we are looking for dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury to join us as temporary Seasonal Sales Consultants in our Meadowhall Sheffield store until the end of December 2025. With multiple part-time opportunities available, we are looking for some brand champions, with customer service experience who can help make this Christmas special for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Use a personalized selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
  • Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury; ability to champion brand values.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to flexible working arrangements to meet business needs.
  • Motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
