Job summary

Cotswolds Designer Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to provide exceptional in-store customer service and support our fulfil-from-store delivery during the busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Roles include part-time and full-time positions, with start windows in October, November and December and contracts ending by 31 January 2027. You will be part of a team delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job description

Joining us as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be supporting us to provide exceptional customer service in our stores to customers and to facilitate our 'fulfil from store' delivery service during our important Christmas and Sales periods.

Due to the nature of the seasonal roles, we are looking for both part-time and full-time Sales and Stock Associates. Applicants should be available to work any dates (excluding Christmas Day) up until January 2027 (Most contracts will end by the 31st January 2027)

Depending on your availability, our seasonal employees will start in the business in the months of October, November and December.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing exceptional service to our customers in store
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members and management
• Picking stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment
• Packing stock carefully to send out to our customers
• Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
