Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding in-store service during the Christmas and Sales periods. You will help fulfil online orders from store and support customers with a stylish, brand-led experience.

Roles may be part-time or full-time, with start dates in October to December and contracts typically ending by 31 January 2027. You will work in a fast-paced environment, join a customer-first team, and help maintain Reiss's premium service standards.

Qualifications

What’s the role about?

Joining us as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be supporting us to provide exceptional customer service in our stores to customers and to facilitate our ‘fulfil from store’ delivery service during our important Christmas and Sales periods.

Due to the nature of the seasonal roles, we are looking for both part-time and full-time Sales and Stock Associates. Applicants should be available to work any dates (excluding Christmas Day) up until January 2027 (Most contracts will end by the 31st January 2027)

Depending on your availability, our seasonal employees will start in the business in the months of October, November and December.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing exceptional service to our customers in store
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members and management
• Picking stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfilment
• Packing stock carefully to send out to our customers
• Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador
