Job summary

Under Armour is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates in Portsmouth to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales during peak seasons. You’ll assist customers, maintain store presentation, and support daily operations across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California) and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store to maintain presentation.
• Support front and back of store tasks including POS and payments.
• Handle omni-channel requests and collaborate with team.
• Promote the rewards program to build loyalty.
• Take ownership of personal development and growth opportunities.
• Adhere to UA processes and policy for omni-channel requests.
• Fulfill scheduled working hours as per attendance policy.
