Job summary

JD Sports is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Store Colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales in our London-area stores. You will support customers, help them explore the full product range, and contribute to in-store promotions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, seamless customer experience for all customers in store.
• Maintain clean, tidy stock on the shop floor at all times.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of promotions and processes.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets where possible.
• Utilise in-store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Offer alternatives and add-ons at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock and ensure full-size range is available on the floor.
• Ensure pricing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Deputise for other staff or carry out other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports professionally and work safely.
