Job summary

Lush Sunderland store is looking for a store associate to welcome customers with a friendly, engaging approach and to offer personalised product recommendations. You will demonstrate products, hand out samples, and help drive sales while keeping the shop displays fresh and aligned with seasonal trends.

You will also handle stock and maintain a welcoming store presentation, with flexible shifts and a Living Wage-based hourly rate, plus opportunities for bonuses and training to develop your skills.

• Applicants aged 16+ only.
• Able to work at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day.

The role

In this role, you'll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. Working closely with your team, you'll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back. You'll also manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
