A Festive Season Like No Other – Join Our Christmas Retail Team!

At Company Shop Group, we prevent surplus food, drinks, and household items from going to waste all year round, but during the holiday season, the magic really begins! Want to be part of the Christmas cheer? We’re offering Seasonal Sales Assistant roles on fixed-term contracts with shifts that jingle all the way.

Key Festive Facts:

Shifts/ Hours:

16 hours per week working 4 out 7 days on a rota basis.

The hours of work are between 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday and 6am and 8pm Saturday and Sunday

Pay: £12.25 per hour, paid every four weeks

Start Date: Week Commencing 24 November 2025

Contract Duration: Up to 6 weeks (ending on 5th January 2026)

Location: Company Shop Renfrew, Unit 12, Renfrew Trading Estate, Argyll Avenue, PA4 9EN

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you’ll help us deliver a Christmas shopping experience like no other! From popular brands to festive bargains, you’ll help our members make their season bright. You'll be working in a store filled with cheer, making sure everything is twinkling and well-stocked.

Your Festive Responsibilities:
  • Provide jolly customer service, greeting and assisting our members with their Christmas shopping needs.
  • Handle cash and card payments like Santa handles his list accurately and with care.
  • Keep the store looking merry and bright with well-stocked shelves and sparkling displays.
  • Promote special offers like they’re the last toy in Santa’s workshop, helping our members grab even more great deals.
  • Help with stock management, ensuring the shelves are filled with festive goodies.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to keep everyone safe and sound this holiday season.
