The Entertainer in Livingston is hiring for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to support busy Christmas trading. You will help customers find toys, keep shelves stocked, and provide friendly service on the shop floor and at the till. The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with weekend work required.

It includes a 20% discount, fortnightly pay, access to MyPayNow, Retail Trust, and a Virtual GP. The contract ends 31 December 2026, with opportunities for additional hours during peak trade.

Key Information about this role:

Rates of Pay:

16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour.

21-year-oldplus - £12.71 per hour

Contract end date:31stDecember 2026.

Our stores will be open 7 days a week so you will need to be able to support us at the weekends including Sundays.

The hours we have available for this store are:

• A 12-hour per week contract: you may work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or you might be asked to work two 6-hour shifts.

There may also be an opportunity for you to work extra hours in this role, depending on trade.

With all our Seasonal Sales Assistant contracts you will also be asked to work Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve– they’re some of our busiest days of the year.

To be a Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer you must be:

• Reliable and flexible in what hours you can work, there may be the chance of extra hours too if we're busy!
• Approachable and confident to deliver excellent customer service, talking to customers on the shop floor and at the till points.
• Physically fit and able to move stock around the store, working with deliveries and pallets on your own and as a team.
• Attentive to detail, keeping the shelves full and handling deliveries.
