Lindex at Battersea Power Station are looking for a Seasonal Sales advisor for 16 hours/week (2 days).

Primary responsibilities:

In the role of Sales advisor you contribute to the store's customer service experience, performance, and work environment.

  • Customer focus: Prioritize a high level of service in the store to ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with Lindex values and 'Customer First.'
  • Sales and store operations: Contribute to optimal work on sales floor, fitting room, stock room and point of sale in line with Lindex guidelines.
  • Collaboration and feedback: Encourage and contribute to open and inclusive collaboration where constructive feedback is given in the team. Share and seek information to achieve the best results.
Skills and experiences:
  • Secondary education or relevant experience
  • Good language skills in local language, English is an advantage
  • Good digital competence
Personal qualities:
  • Service minded
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Driven by working towards set goals.
