Job summary

ProCook is seeking friendly Seasonal Sales Advisors for our Manchester Trafford Centre store during the peak trading period. The roles are part-time and temporary, with 10 hours per week and a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

Compensation is £13.45 per hour, with a 40% colleague discount after four weeks. We provide structured training and opportunities to grow within a fast‑growing company committed to great customer service.

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

We have 2 x temporary part-time contract working 10 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Manchester Trafford Centre Store.

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You’ll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
