Job summary

Hotel Chocolat in Bristol is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for the festive period. You will help customers find the perfect gifts, participate in store and cafe duties, and ensure a magical shopping experience.

Flexibility to meet store trading hours is essential, with the ability to work under pressure during peak times. You will also handle transactions, support deliveries and be part of a team delivering outstanding customer service and delightful chocolate experiences across the Christmas

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Reliable and flexible to meet store trading needs.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in Hotel Chocolat and seasonal products.
• Identify customer needs and check for allergens.
• Support deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high store and cafe standards to WOW customers.
• Prepare drinks, ice creams and snacks in cafe areas.
• Support store and team to drive store success.

We ask that you are reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the stores trading and delivery times and are comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll be doing:

• Immersing our customers in the world of Hotel Chocolat and a store full of inspirational seasonal products including the perfect gift – the Velvetiser.
• Ensuring our customers find the perfect Christmas gift for everyone on their shopping list by discovering your customers’ reason for their visit, asking them key questions to establish their buying needs and checking for allergens throughout your time with them.
• Supporting the store team with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintaining a high standard in our store and café areas to WOW our customers.
• If your store has a café area, you will prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to our guidelines and processes whilst keeping the e area immaculately clean.
• Supporting where you can to the success of your store and team.
