A leading sales and marketing agency is seeking a Seasonal Field Sales Executive to enhance brand visibility for Nestlé products across UK retailers. Responsibilities include building key relationships, identifying merchandising opportunities, and ensuring product availability. Candidates should be passionate about the brands and hold a full manual driving license. The role offers a salary of approximately £26,000 and bonuses, with flexible working hours.
The festive season sees the demand for Nestlé products increase. The Seasonal Field Sales Executives will work with a team responsible for raising Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. You will act as the face of the brand, carrying out retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibility for driving brand sales to enhance turnover and market share. The purpose of the role is to gain additional display spaces, maintain and enhance them throughout the season. The role runs from September to 23rd December and gives you the opportunity to work with our Nestlé Confectionery operation across the top four grocery retailers. We are recruiting nationwide. This is a full-time opportunity whereby you will work 7.5 hours per day between 07:00 and 19:00. Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing skills and Negotiation.
Provide demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment, although we will also consider motivated individuals from other sectors. Be passionate about the brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed. Hold a full manual driving licence and be able to travel within a defined territory.
