JD GROUP in Jersey is seeking a Seasonal Store Colleague to support the busy festive period. You will assist customers, replenish stock, maintain store presentation and help colleagues on the shop floor, delivering a warm and helpful experience.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain retail experience, develop customer service skills and contribute to a team during peak trading. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with festive period coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

• Attention to detail in replenishment and presentation.
• Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming experience for customers with product information when needed.
• Support store objectives through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and presented to company standards.
• Maintain high presentation standards across the shop floor and stock areas.
• Process transactions, handle stock, and prepare deliveries.
• Use in-store systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to run the store efficiently during peak periods.
• Support additional duties as required to assist during festive trading.
