Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a retail sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help achieve sales targets. You will educate customers, maintain store presentation, manage deliveries, and ensure stock accuracy and safety compliance.

Flexible weekends and holidays are required, with opportunities for training, development, and growth within the Sweaty Betty brand and Wolverine portfolio.

Formación

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Educación
