Job summary

Molton Brown, part of Kao, invites you to join our Cribbs Causeway store as a Seasonal Retail Advisor. This fixed-term position offers 12.5 hours per week and a friendly team focused on delivering a personalised customer experience during the festive period.

You don’t need prior retail experience; reliability, teamwork and a passion for fragrance are enough to start. The role includes a competitive hourly rate and staff discounts, with potential pro-rata bonus if targets are met.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
