What makes a RED Food & Beverage Host?

Our Food & Beverage Hosts are the face of our restaurants, café, and bars. Ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from sunrise to sunset, this varied role hosts a range of dining experiences - from breakfast to seven-course tasting menus. We pride ourselves on an inclusive environment, tailoring menus to our guests' needs and requirements. Our hosts are focused, taking care and attention performing their role. Who do we want?

This is a guest-facing role, focused on delivering seamless dining experiences with professionalism and warmth. You will work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure service excellence, all while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
