Zusammenfassung

Reach Outdoors seeks Seasonal Activity Instructors and Seasonal Lead Instructors for the 2027 season in Torbay, South Devon. The roles start with a paid induction in early April and run April–September, delivering outdoor experiences to a diverse client base including schools, families and multi-day expeditions.

We require enthusiasm, team spirit and relevant qualifications, with a minimum of one year in outdoor settings and multiple leadership awards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year outdoor industry experience.
• At least 2 recognised activity leadership awards.
• 16-hour Outdoor First Aid completed within last 3 years.
• Level 2 Safeguarding.
• Current DBS or Update Service.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality outdoor experiences to a wide range of clients, including Year 2 pupils, sixth form students, families, and multi-day expeditions.
• Run day sessions, residentials and a variety of activities with flexibility to match weather and demand.
• Participate in paid induction and training week in April and support ongoing training.
• Support a safe and engaging outdoor learning environment and work as part of a team.
