Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking Sales Associates for our Newcastle store on a fixed term, full-time/part-time basis to support our seasonal peak. You will deliver premium customer service, promote the brand, and support management to achieve sales objectives during the busy Christmas and sales periods.

Roles are seasonal with start dates in October to December and end dates around January 2027, offering a supportive environment with team collaboration and opportunities to grow within a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is desirable.
• Passion for premium or luxury products is essential.
• Ability to deliver a premium customer service experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team-working skills.
• Organised, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
