Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the swimming pool and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
• Carry out reception duties and manage bookings for swimming sessions.
• Take cash payments and process basic transactions accurately.
• Help to keep the pool and surrounding areas clean and tidy between sessions.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of leisure facilities and guest services.
