Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Kitchen Host at Alton Towers Resort to join a busy kitchen and guest-facing team. You will prepare and serve food, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support deliveries during peak periods.

This seasonal role offers training, flexible hours, and opportunities to develop hospitality skills at a world‑famous UK attraction. The position is based on-site at Alton Towers Resort with pay at £13.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience would be beneficial; however, we will provide full training for candidates with a genuine passion for food
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanour
• The ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of food following recipes and guidelines
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Preparing the kitchen area before service to ensure we are ready for busy periods
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, restocking and supporting deliveries as required
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth kitchen operation during busy periods
• Washing and cleaning crockery and equipment to ensure high standards are maintained
