Join our RSPB Fundraising Team in the Dartford area, where you'll help inspire public support for nature — engaging visitors, sparking conversations, and turning passion into action. This isn't a desk job – it's all about people. Each day, you'll:

Responsibilities

• Travel to local venues using a company van (fuel and parking covered; average travel time up to one hour each way).
• Set up engaging and eye‑catching fundraising stands.
• Chat with the public about nature and the RSPB's mission.
• Inspire people to support us through regular giving.
• Spend your days outdoors, meeting new people, and making a tangible impact for wildlife.
• Exhibit confidence and resilience in a rewarding, people‑centric role.

• This role is not eligible for UK Visa Sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• The RSPB is a charity for the conservation of birds and nature. We bring people together who love birds and other wildlife, and who want to take action to restore the health and diversity of the natural world. We carry out conservation on a large scale, protect and restore habitats, and save species from extinction. We are living in a nature and climate emergency, and we will not stop whilst the threats persist.

Start Date & Contract Details

• Start Date: February/March 2026.
• Fixed‑term for 7 months, until early September 2026, with the potential to return each year.
• Induction and training provided at RSPB HQ, Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel and accommodation is covered).
• Active fundraising season runs from April to September.
