Job summary

A leading marketing services company in the UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Security Administrator to handle order processing and fraud detection during the Christmas period. This role requires excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Responsibilities include conducting fraud checks, resolving fraudulent issues, and supporting the Consumer Operations Manager with reporting. Full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with some evening and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

  • Fraud prevention training is desirable.
  • Previous administration experience is required.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct fraudulent security checks on orders.
  • Resolve fraudulent issues promptly.
  • Work with the team to identify fraud themes.
  • Authorise and investigate chargebacks.
  • Carry out daily sales/order activities.
  • Report and log daily sales and revenue.
