Molton Brown on Guildford High Street is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for a fixed-term contract ending 24 December 2026. The role is 6 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour and a 50% staff discount. Pro-rata bonus availability applies with store targets.

You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting lines, delivering personalised experiences and exceptional service to every customer.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; reliable and a true team player.
• Comfortable delivering a high level of customer service.
• Able to work 6 hours per week in a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Molton Brown fragrances, body care and home scenting to find the perfect products.
