Main Purpose of the Role:

We are hiring for a Corporate Order Processor to support us through our christmas peak trading. The main purpose of the roe is to fulfil and despatch customer’s orders through accurate record keeping and data input. Working for the Voucher Express brand but also representing a number of top retailers, a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills are vital. In the Corporate team we work to tight deadlines, so the ideal candidate will need to embrace working quickly and accurately under pressure.

The work is predominantly picking and packing which can be quite physical and includes some heavy lifting. Excellent and clear communication at all times is key.

Main Duties:

• Using bespoke systems for packing and despatching our business to business voucher and gift card orders
• Working quickly and efficiently to dispatch orders within agreed timeframes
• Be responsible for prioritising and managing workload especially at busy periods
• Representing our clients where we act on their behalf
• Filing and keeping accurate data records electronically and in paper format

Plus:

• Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
• Provide cover in the event of staff shortages in other areas of the company.
• General office administration.
