Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom. You will be working in our store, providing friendly customer service, helping with shelf replenishment, checkout duties, and online order picking. Night Premiums apply for overnight hours and we offer flexible shifts and a guaranteed minimum weekly hours.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
