Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee our holiday childcare programmes during Easter, Summer, and half-term breaks. You will lead staff, ensure child welfare and safety, and coordinate with parents and schools to deliver structured, engaging camps that align with our welfare standards.

The role is seasonal, with full-season or part-season options, and hours run 8am–6pm on weekdays. Salary is based on age, experience and qualifications, with pay ranges supported by holiday

• Lead and manage your staff team to deliver engaging multi-activity holiday camps.
• Ensure welfare, safety and high standards of care for children on camp.
• Liaise with parents, school representatives and Head Office to ensure smooth operation.
