Job summary

Booker is seeking a seasonal, part-time branch assistant for a 12-week rolling contract. In a busy store, you’ll deliver friendly service, help customers find what they need, and keep the tills moving efficiently.

You will join a team across a 5/7 operation, with varied start times and early shifts. The role is ideal for someone aged 17+ who is reliable, presentable and eager to go the extra mile to help customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and presentable at all times.
• Available to work 5/7 days as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and at tills.
• Keep shelves stocked and ensure fast service.
• Support delivery and picking as needed.
• Work as part of a team in a dynamic store environment.

*This is a Seasonal Temp Part Time branch assistant role on a 12 week rolling contract basis.

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
