A premier conservation organization is seeking an Assistant Camp Director. The role involves supervising campers and counselors, creating schedules, and developing engaging outdoor education programs. The Trustees preserves, for public use and enjoyment, properties of exceptional scenic, historic, and ecological value in Massachusetts. Hourly Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour (rates are determined based on relevant experience)
Hours per week: 35-40 hours/week (Mon‑Fri, 8 AM–4 PM)

SummerQuest is designed for adventurous campers who love the outdoors, exploring the woods and shoreline, and connecting with the land. As the Assistant Camp Director, you will be responsible for supervising campers and counselors, creating activity schedules, developing programs for the camp, and assisting with the administrative tasks necessary to run a successful and engaging camp for campers, families, and staff alike.

We strive to provide training that will help staff fully prepare to care for campers and keep them safe, as well as to deliver quality educational experiences throughout the season.
