A leading outdoor education organization is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Leader to deliver impactful outdoor learning experiences at Calshot Activities Centre. You will work with school groups, support their personal development, and instruct a variety of engaging activities. We seek motivated individuals with relevant NGB qualifications and a passion for teaching outdoor skills. Calshot Activities Centre is one of six centres operated by Hampshire Outdoor Centres, known for delivering high-quality outdoor education across Hampshire and Wales. We’re proud of our reputation for excellence, professionalism, and operating to the highest standards.
The Role :
As an Activity Leader at Calshot, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering meaningful outdoor learning experiences. You’ll primarily work with school groups, supporting their personal development through immersive, group-based activities. Wherever possible, our instructors follow a group throughout their stay, building rapport and delivering a wide range of land and water-based sessions.
This is a fixed-term contract starting in March 2026, with genuine opportunities to progress into full-time, permanent roles within Hampshire Outdoor Centres.
