They are now seeking a search specialist to help evolve how their brand appears across both traditional and AI-led channels.

Role

Sitting within a collaborative marketing team this role blends technical SEO, structured data and content optimisation. You\'ll take ownership of the company\'s organic search performance, ensuring pages are easy to find, properly structured and aligned with how people now search for information, whether that\'s through Google, Bing or emerging AI assistants.

You\'ll work closely with content, digital and web colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot visibility issues and prepare the brand for the ongoing shift toward answer-engine optimisation and conversational search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and improve organic visibility across all websites and key content areas
  • Review and refine technical setup including metadata, linking and site structure
  • Identify opportunities for optimisation in AI-driven and conversational search environments
  • Provide recommendations to content creators to improve clarity, readability and authority
  • Monitor performance trends and produce regular insight reports for the wider marketing team
  • Liaise with developers or external agencies on technical or structural improvements
Your Background
  • Strong background in SEO within a B2B or professional services setting
  • Confident interpreting analytics and search data to guide decision-making
  • Interest in AI-assisted search, voice, and other evolving discovery tools
  • Solid understanding of structured data and how it supports content visibility
  • Familiarity with standard SEO platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs
  • Curious, methodical and confident working both independently and as part of a team
