Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seamstress/Factory Operative with a background in manufacturing or production environments to join our team. This role involves sewing‑related tasks, general cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Make alterations and repairs to customers’ garments. Use a darning machine to repair damaged garments and ensure they meet high‑quality standards before being returned to customers. Provide good customer service.

Required Experience

Sewing and repairs experience. Specialise in workwear garment repairs. Experience with industrial sewing machines.

Locations and Hours

Locations: Harrogate, Fakenham, Cambridge, Carlisle, Wigan, Wickford, Coventry. Working hours: 6.30 am–3.00 pm Monday–Friday (7.30 am–4.15 pm Monday–Thursday and 7.30 am–12.30 pm Friday at Coventry).

Salary and Benefits
