• Pattern Sealing and Grading - Finalise patterns to production‑ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity.
• Technical Specifications & Documentation - Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel‑based workbooks for production accuracy.
• Tech Pack Interpretation - Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements.
• Quality Control - Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.
• Fit Sessions - Participate in fitting sessions, assessing prototypes and making technical adjustments for fit, construction, and sizing.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration - Work closely with design, production, and technical teams to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
• Attention to Detail - Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables, ensuring timelines and brand requirements are met.
