Job summary

Sofina Foods is seeking a Production Operative to join a busy Grimsby team, producing and packing seafood products to quality and safety standards. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within a large food manufacturing business.

Pay is £13.13 per hour, with a 4 on 4 off pattern (6am-6pm) at Humberstone Road, Grimsby. Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Prepare, process and pack pork products to specification.
• Check product quality including size, weight and presentation.
• Operate equipment safely following training.
• Pack and label products accurately.
• Keep your work area clean and organised.
• Work to production targets and daily plans.
• Report any product, equipment or safety issues.
