Job summary

Royal London is recruiting a Software Developer Engineer in Test to shape a new state-of-the-art investments platform from our Alderley Park office. The role focuses on building automated tests in an Agile environment, delivering reliable software for customers and business users.

Qualifications

• Expert in test automation frameworks, including Playwright and Selenium.
• Extensive experience designing, developing and maintaining automated test scenarios and test suites.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures (Angular, GraphQL, RESTful microservices).
• Experience with databases MongoDB and Oracle.
• Proven Agile delivery experience and modern software lifecycles.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality, reliability and risk mitigation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and mentor others.
• Committed to continuous improvement and testing best practices.
