A leading financial institution in Redhill is seeking a Data Administrator for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will address customer commission queries, ensuring adherence to GDPR and regulatory standards within a hybrid work model. Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK) is based in Redhill, Surrey and provides motor finance to a network of dealerships throughout the UK. We are currently looking for enthusiastic Data Administrator’s to join our team on a full time, hybrid basis on a 12 month fixed term contract (working at least 3 days a week onsite in the office).
In this role you will be working through customer commission queries received through Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR’s) and customer complaints. You will keep to high quality standards and liaise with our legal representatives to ensure all regulatory and legal responsibilities are met.
