Job summary

A leading investment management company is seeking a Scrum Practitioner to lead agile practices within their team. The role requires deep knowledge of agile methodologies, effective conflict resolution, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will inspire collaboration and ensure continuous improvement within the team. This contract role is based in Manchester, with pay options of £511.51 per day PAYE or £600 via Umbrella.

Scrum Practitioner – Investment Management Company

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay: £511.51 / day PAYE or £600 / day via Umbrella

Location: Manchester (4 days a week)

  • Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working
  • Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master

  • Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks / impediments

  • Inspires and motivates others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Exhibits creative problem-solving skills, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
  • Strong collaborator, ensuring key stakeholder are covered and there is continuous progress being made towards sprint goal and group OKRs
