About the Role - Scrum Master

• As a Scrum Master, you'll work as part of a multi‑skilled Agile team, supporting the delivery of live system transition programmes and new technology initiatives.

• You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, support programme planning, and ensure the team remains focused on delivering value.

• Your responsibilities include identifying and removing impediments, promoting collaboration across teams and suppliers, and ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.

• You'll act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, communication, and empowerment.

What We're Looking For - Scrum Master

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.

• Experience in Agile methodologies, PI planning, and cross‑team collaboration.

• Ability to identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and promote best practices.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Experience within Defence or highly regulated sectors is desirable.
