Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure effective and efficient team communication and collaboration.
Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
Guide the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
Identify and remove obstacles hindering progress.
Act as a buffer between the team and distracting influences.
Encourage continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Implement best practices and tools for Agile development and project management.
Track team velocity and sprint/release progress; ensure transparency to stakeholders.
