Scrum Master - Core responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events: Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum values, helping them become more self-organizing and skilled.
- Remove impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
- Protect the team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
- Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and managed.
- Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to improve their processes and the quality of their work.
- Foster communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and between stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Agile and Scrum knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework.
- Leadership: Servant leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem‑solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges effectively.
