Scrum Master - Core responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events: Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum values, helping them become more self-organizing and skilled.
  • Remove impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
  • Protect the team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
  • Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and managed.
  • Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to improve their processes and the quality of their work.
  • Foster communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and between stakeholders.
