The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join the Newcastle 0-19 Service as a Band 7 Clinical Educator.

This community-based role leads the development, delivery and evaluation of education, training and clinical competency programmes to support the multidisciplinary workforce and high-quality care for babies, children, young people and families.

Qualifikationen

• Evidence of current registration with the NMC on Part 3 (Health Visitor).
• Degree or masters level study or equivalent specialist education.
• Mentorship and supervision experience in SCPHN settings.
• Experience leading education and workforce development programmes.

Aufgaben

• Design, deliver and evaluate educational programmes across the 0-19 service.
• Coordinate induction, preceptorship and ongoing professional development.
• Support SCPHN students and learners in practice placements.
• Promote evidence-based practice and service development across the 0-19 Service.
• Lead quality improvement, audit and governance activities.
