Qualifications

• Experience in political research, policy development or manifesto writing.
• Good understanding of Scottish and UK political structures.
• Familiarity with the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act (PPERA).
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, especially with compliance and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop policy proposals for devolved manifestos.
• Conduct data-driven research on priority issues for Reform UK.
• Track budgets and activities related to policy work funded by Electoral Commission.
