Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a Supply Chain Management system.
  • Experience delivering systems support in ITIL-aligned organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-user processes across Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
  • Ensure MaPS SCM system procedures are fully documented.
  • Provide systems application support to resolve end-user problems.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Software Engineering
