Role Details

Position: Project Management Specialist

Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 weeks

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world project management in technical and scientific services.
• Create realistic situations involving project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
• Develop scenarios for managing cross-functional teams, handling scope changes and coordinating with technical experts.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to project management queries for accuracy and standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on project management scenarios to improve AI training.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years professional experience as a project manager in professional services, scientific research, technical consulting or engineering services.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Pass video interview, background check, training and qualification quiz.

Preferred

• 14 years experience preferred.

Start Date

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
