A regional education organization in Ballyclare is seeking a Technician 2 to provide technical support to teaching staff and supervise a small team. The ideal candidate will have at least five GCSEs including English and Maths, along with experience working collaboratively. Responsibilities include managing resources and ensuring safety standards are met. Opportunities for professional development are supported.
JOB TITLE: Technician 2
REPORTS TO: School Principal through designated line manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Maximum of 5 staff
JOB PURPOSE To provide technical support and assistance to teaching staff in the implementation of the school’s/department's educational programme.
Supervision This is a discretionary element of the job description. The grade may be awarded if supervision is not a component of the post.
