Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Science Technician (school or lab setting).
  • Strong knowledge of safe handling of chemicals and laboratory equipment.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

  • Prepare, set up and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for lessons.
  • Support teachers and students during practical experiments.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Follow school health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for students.
  • Work closely with science staff to deliver smooth running of lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
