Job summary

Edex in Newham, London is seeking a Science Teacher / Science ECT for an ASAP start. The position is permanent and full-time in an Outstanding secondary school with a strong Science Department and Progress 8 results.

The Head Teacher offers a supportive SLT, KS3-5 exposure, and TL R opportunities such as KS3 Coordinator and pastoral responsibilities. ECTs receive bespoke induction and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback

In the heart of Newham an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School are on the hunt for a Science Teacher / Science ECT for an ASAP start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Science Teacher / Science ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Science Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.
