Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a good in all areas, mixed secondary school in Surrey in their hiring of a long-time Science teacher for a January 2026 start date.

The successful candidate will be passionate about science, committed to improving teaching and learning, have good or outstanding teaching, management and interpersonal skills, commitment to leading continuous improvement, good interpersonal and presentational skills, be forward thinking, inspirational, receptive to change and able to work under pressure.

In order to be considered, you will require qualified teacher status or an equivalent qualification, relevant specialist qualifications and experience (for example a science-related degree), ability to deliver high-quality science lessons covering a range of modules and concepts, both theoretical and practical, understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for science, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning in preparation for examinations.

You'll be working in a large and vibrant schools which offers its students a broad curriculum and a wealth of enrichment activities.
