Science Teacher - SEN school based in Solihull

Academics are looking for a Full Time Science Teacher who will be available to teach at a SEN school based in Solihull. The position will be starting in January 2026 until the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The role involves teaching young people with SEMH/SEND who are unable to access mainstream education. Many of the students have gaps in their education and the school strive to implement creative teaching strategies to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all their students to access learning and make expected progress.

The experienced Teacher must have QTS and a track record as a consistently good/outstanding practitioner.

The school are looking for a Teacher who can inspire young people and support them to thrive. You should be able to develop and support the needs of the whole child and be committed to enabling all young people to achieve their potential.

You must demonstrate tenacity coupled with experience of teaching KS3 and desirably KS4 Science.
